First, you will schedule a complimentary 15-minute session.  Before anything else, I want to hear what's going on for you. Just a real conversation about where you are and what you're hoping for. We'll both get a feel for whether working together makes sense. No risk, just a good old fashioned phone call to get to know you.

Next, we’ll schedule an initial 90-minute clarity session for $90.  Here we will walk through your current situation and employment background.  We will clearly identify what it is you want to work on and set a goals for our work together.

I offer three packages:  Polish:  4 Hour-long Sessions.  For those looking to up your game in your current position or want to change jobs in the same industry and field.   Transition:  8 Hour-long Sessions.  For those who are ready for a change but don’t know exactly what direction you want to go. This is the most popular package.    3. Total Career Change:  12 Hour-long Sessions.  For those who plan to make a total career change, relocate or start a new business.

This is paramount to our work together and is perhaps the cornerstone of the coaching sessions.  The Elevations career assessment is an online tool that identifies and ranks your values, skillset, and career interests.  We use this information to help identify your potential career path if you are seeking to change careers and/or identify your values and skillset if you are seeking to grow in your current industry.

Because career coaching is versatile and anyone can utilize it, I don’t limit my coaching practice to only women in STEM.  I work with women and men from all types of industry backgrounds.  My programs can also be tailored to college students entering the workforce.

I can provide resume writing and LinkedIn profile development for an additional fee.

I meet clients virtually over Zoom.  However, if you are in the Los Angeles area, I’m happy to arrange our meetings in person.

Cancellations need to be made with forty-eight (48) hours’ notice or you will be billed for the session.
