About Theresa
Long before she became a coach, Theresa experienced firsthand what the right support can do. As a young engineer, she was part of a Women in Engineering program that changed how she saw herself in her field. It wasn't just resources or networking — it was a community. A place where she felt seen, encouraged, and less alone in an environment that could otherwise feel isolating.
That experience never left her.
As her career progressed and she later stepped away to raise her two children, she kept noticing the same thing: talented, capable women navigating major career questions largely on their own. What's next? How do I grow? How do I go back? How do I choose something different?
That's what brought her to coaching. She wanted to be the kind of support she once had — and that too many women still don't.
